Skills & Level of Knowledge
The tester assigned will be responsible to develop and execute manual testing as well as service tests and databases in order to ensure system quality.
• Test Case design and execution
o Functional testing
o Non-functional testing
o Exploratory testing
o Regression testing
o Smoke testing
o White box and black box testing
o Web Application testing
• Should be strong in Test design techniques.
• Bug reporting and tracking/management using tools like VSO, TFS or Jira
• Service / backend testing (required). Experience with SoapUI is a plus but not mandatory.
• Advanced / Intermediate knowledge: SQL, No-SQL Databases like Cosmo & MongoDB, API testing, Test management tools
• Understanding of Concepts and technologies like Git, branches, continues integration, etc.
• Able to work without supervision / Proactive
